- Louisville Orchestra Waterfront 3rd of July: enjoy upscale festival food, live music, and fireworks on the river
- Crescent Hill 4th of July Festival: Check out art, live music, and kids activities before the fireworks launch at 10pm
- Tour the Frazier History Museum: Indulge in some American history over this patriotic holiday by checking out their collection of armor and weaponry

The greens have the great in-between spicy and vegetably (is that a word?) flavor… I’ve been to Smoketown USA several times and it never disappoints. It’s my favorite BBQ restaurant in the city. “Best burger I’ve had in Louisville. It was tender, juicy, cooked just right, and did not destroy the warm toasted bun it was served on. The sweet pickles were a wonderful addition to the burger itself. The sweet potato fries were ace as well — but you can never go wrong with those.
