How it works
Open your app
Tap to open the app, then tap Where to?
Choose the rider
Above the address box, you’ll see a scroll-down option where you can make your selection.
Sit back and relax
The person you request for will receive a text with important trip details like ETA, car type, and the driver’s contact information, so they can coordinate with the driver directly if needed.

Download the app and set up your account so you’re ready the next time you need a ride.
This feature is not available in the Uber Lite app. Options vary based on your city and region.
