Getting started is easy

Step 1: Enable
Enable Central on your Uber for Business Dashboard and assign access to designated call-takers, dispatchers, and reservationists.
Step 2: Create
Enter your rider’s phone number, pickup and dropoff locations, and other trip details.
Step 3: Notify
Riders will receive a text confirmation with their ride details and a link to track their trip.
Step 4: Track
Coordinators can monitor a ride’s progress, message the driver, and view any upcoming bookings on their dashboard.
