Implementation Specialist, Uber for Business

About the Role

As an Implementation Specialist within Uber for Business, you will be responsible for managing large and LATAM wide initiatives to increase the adoption, and product penetration in our main markets with Top Clients.

You will entirely lead the execution of post-sales and adoption programs, you will also be responsible for retaining and driving revenue within top clients through adoption and cross-selling strategies.

Our product expertise will make you uniquely qualified to share the best practices and recommendations with internal teams, with the goal of providing an extraordinary customer experience and growing revenue through account penetration and adoption!

This is a hybrid role - our team collaborates in-person out of our incredible office in Mexico City 2-3 days/week. We encourage our employees to work from our office on additional days if they desire to do so.

What you'll do:

The implementation specialist will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding customers to our Uber for Business dashboard
  • Ensuring they can effectively utilize the platform to manage their employee trips, expenses, and other related activities.
  • Interact with team members to execute the best implementation strategy with customers
  • Retaining and driving revenue within top clients through adoption and cross-selling strategies.

What you'll need:

  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them seamlessly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
  • We are seeking a candidate with strong basic analytical skills who can effectively integrate an analytical mindset with a commercial approach
  • Patience and problem-solving skills to address any issues or questions that arise during the onboarding process.
  • The ability to explain complex features and functionalities in a clear and concise manneer
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience.
  • Proven experience in guiding customers through the onboarding process of a SaaS platform.
  • Experience in providing training sessions and creating support materials, such as user guides and FAQs.
